Very impressed with the attention to detail and knowledge of Robert the inspector. As someone from interstate that was unable to attend the inspection, I was very comfortable with making a decision based on the report and feedback.
The office staff have also been extremely helpful.
100% recommending to anyone looking for a pre purchase inspection.
Cheers

Amazing service. Our Inspection was completed 2 days before Christmas and submitted to us the same day! Incredibly detailed and allowed us to discuss over the phone to explain in terms that were easily understood. Thanks heaps mate.

I couldn't recommend Tasmanian Building Inspections highly enough. I received an extremely prompt response from Karla when I enquired online and she had the inspection booked in within days. I happened to be on site when Rob completed his inspection. It was thorough and he took the time to walk me through all the potential issues he found and was able to recommend solutions to resolve them.

If I was to find myself purchasing another house, I wouldn't hesitate to contact Tasmanian Building Inspections again to complete the inspection.

Very pleased with our experience with TBI. Karla was very helpful and the inspection was booked within a few days. We also recieved our inspection report the day of the inspection and it was very thorough, noticing some defects we would not have picked up on ourselves. Thank you!
