    Frequently Asked Questions
What is a pre-purchase building inspection?
A building inspection is usually added as a clause or condition of the real estate sales contract. A building inspection can also be known as a pre-purchase inspection, property inspection or home inspection.
A pre-purchase building inspection looks at the condition of the property and a building inspector should be engaged once you have decided to put an offer on a property.
The inspector will undertake an inspection to determine the condition on the property and provide a written report with colour photos and an outline of any defects found within the property.
A pre-purchase inspection also gives you piece of mind that the property you are buying is in good condition.
How does a pre-purchase building inspection work?
A pre-purchase building inspection is an inspection on the property before purchase.
We will inspect all areas of the property including the interior and exterior of the property and an inspection of the site.
