What your building inspection covers

Every inspection is carried out in line with Australian Standard AS 4349.1 (pre-purchase inspections of residential buildings).

Interior: walls, ceilings, floors, windows, doors, kitchen, bathrooms and laundry
Exterior: walls, roof covering, gutters and downpipes, decks, stairs and balconies
Roof space and subfloor, where safely accessible
The site: fences, retaining walls, paths, drainage and outbuildings
Your report: property description, summary of major and minor defects and safety hazards, area-by-area findings with photos, recommendations, and an overall condition rating compared with similar homes

I received an extremely prompt response from Karla when I enquired online and she had the inspection booked in within days.  I happened to be on site when Rob completed his inspection.  It was thorough and he took the time to walk me through all the potential issues he found and was able to recommend solutions to resolve them.
